THANKFUL THURSDAY

Today is one of my FAVORITE days of the week! It is THANKFUL THURSDAY!!!! There is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS something to be THANKFUL for!! Today I am thankful for a wonderful family! I have two AMAZING parents who I love dearly and two AMAZING brothers who are my BEST friends. There are so many people who are not privileged to have a great family and I am so thankful that God loved me enough to bless me with a wonderful family. What are you thankful for today?

I woke up this morning feeling sooooo EXCITED!! I just felt GREAT! I was excited because I LIVE in EXPECTATION for GREAT things to happen at ANY minute! Is my life perfect? NO! Do I have EVERYTHING that I want? NO! Does the devil try to FIGHT me on a daily basis? YESS! I’ve learned that happiness is a CHOICE. In life there are ALWAYS going to be ups and downs…happy days and sad days. You have to make up your mind that you are GOING to be HAPPY. Philippians 4:11-14 (Message) says, “Actually, I don’t have a sense of needing anything personally. I’ve learned by now to be quite content whatever my circumstances. I’m just as happy with little as with much, with much as with little. I’ve found the recipe for being happy whether full or hungry, hands full or hands empty. Whatever I have, wherever I am, I can make it through anything in the One who makes me who I am. I don’t mean that your help didn’t mean a lot to me—it did. It was a beautiful thing that you came alongside me in my troubles.” Whatever problems or issues you’re facing today, WILL pass. TRUST ME! Psalms 30:5 (NLT) says, “….Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.” Be encouraged and know that your Heavenly Father is with you and JOY will come in the morning!
